Overall I had a good experience of this store.
The package lost was a package SENT not received. Another package received per the USPS print out and supervisor showing delivered to the your store was not at the store when I went to pick it up. Only after your worker told me I could "look for it myself" did I leave, go to the post office, speak to the carrier and supervisor, was shown on GPS and print out the information and drop off time, to be called by the same rude worker that the carrier JUST dropped it off when I was speaking to her in person. So he was not only rude and disrespectful he also lied.

Staff in the store are very friendly. They go above and beyond to help the customer . They even come out and help bring package inside. Their print prices are competitive and have high quality. I highly recommend using this store.

I've had a PMB here for about 2 years now. It's expensive but necessary traveling for business. Recently since there has been a change in management staff (so many people) are not terribly friendly which is needed in a smaller town like this. Also, having had a recent package lost they didn't want to take any personal responsibility for it and now as a backlash from me complaining the refuse to email me as my contract states when a package arrives. Interesting how suddenly no emails for recent Amazon packages. That is part of the service I purchased which costs me $360 a year for the smallest box, plus deposit.
I was worried that the worker would be rude, but he was nice. The only bad thing is that it was dead quiet in there. It's just your average UPS store, nothing spectacular.
