The facility is beautiful & you can't beat the "M" attached to everything they do, but otherwise they provide mediocre patient services. My son is a pediatric patient and we can only sometimes get him in for same-day visits when he's ill. Even a simple phone call back from a nurse is messaged as potentially taking up to 48 hours.

Disappointed. My mom was the last patient of the day. Everybody was getting anxious to go home, turning the coffee pots off, putting coats on and what not. It was 4:30 and they close at 6. My mom was still falling asleep and throwing up from the fentanyl they use to put patients out. I said she wasn't ready to leave, but her nurse, who was rude, said she was good to leave and proceeded to prep her to leave. My mom threw up in my car several times on the way home on I-275. I felt like they pushed us out the door. Then we got stuck in traffic. They could have given her medicine to reverse the effect of the fentanyl before we left. I work in automotive and we routinely stay late to work on cars. This was unacceptable. The doctor was friendly, but our nurse was not.

Amaizing (Go Blue!) & awesome people who help those of us who need medical care more often than not.

Could not ask for a better one stop shop for your health needs. Abundance of testing done on-site, many doctors to choose from. Everyone friendly and helpful and available. Disabled parking like Ive never seen plus a dedicated person to help you to/from your appointments and/or testing and car plus ample sized elevators. No wait times for appointments. Doctor is very thorough. Even Saturday appointments available!

The "team medicine" approach is theoretically a good one, but I have had trouble feeling any personal connections to the doctors as a result. Additionally, when trying to reschedule a standard well visit with 3 weeks notice, we were told the next available appointment -- with *any* of the providers, for *any* time slot -- would be 3 months from his appointment date. In other words, don't expect any faster response or service just because the team system purports to facilitate efficiency.

Doctors are great if you can ever get in touch with someone to get an appointment. Wait time for someone to answer the phone is always 25-45 minutes. Just cancelled most of my doctors & appointments. Been going through this for over 6 months. Will keep my Oncology Doctor, but heading to Providence for my other needs.
