Overall good customer service. And pretty fast getting people in and out.
Every time I deal with them a disappointment. Never enough people always a line forget about calling to ask a question. Another government run cluster.
It's impossible to get a Rep on the phone! Their recording system is useless! And the wait is 1 hour! What a crock! No one can answer the phone?? What an absolute joke!
Never had any problems shipping with this Post Office. The staff are well veterans and know the USPS system on and out. They will get your package there when they say the will and as an online seller I've used other USPS offices and this one is by far the BEST! HAND DOWN! I'm their once a week at least and the line is never that long and the staff is never rude! All these other people probably come unprepared to do business in a professional manner. As the saying goes "You play a bad game, you win a bad prize". Have your stuff ready to ship, questions ready to ask and treat the staff with respect and you will receive the same. Simple as that.
This post office is the worst. I've been subject to their terrible attitudes for more than 15 years. They are snotty, despicable, untruthful, self-aggrandizing, and odious. And they lie, lie, and lie. Liars. Dirty, rotten, putrid scumbag liars with no respect for anyone. Not even themselves. Wastes of human life.
