We have lived here for a couple months now and we like it here. It's really quiet, office staff are helpful, maintenance staff are quick to respond to issues and I love that the school my child attends is an award winning school. Would definitely recommend Northville Crossing.

This place is a scam!!! They manipulate you to think that you will be able to put money towards purchasing the home that you have rented from them for 2 or more years. Then when it's time to buy they steal your money you have invested with them. The water is harsh and the people in the front office do not know how to run a business. #TerriblePlaceToLive
Since Sun Home Communities has taken over it has been hell. The lot rent is out of control and barely affordable. They don't see people and families, they see walking money signs. Its disgusting how they treat their homeowners and renters. DON'T MOVE HERE!
Rent way to high went to Woodland Ridge and bought a home for way less.
