All of the staff I have encountered have been very friendly and helpful. The resident trainer that works here is known in the area as "PetSmart Craig" and I have met many people at various local dog parks that he has made a lasting impact on their dogs. As a frequent visitor of this store he is one of the people I look forward to interacting with every time.

When you access the company website you see a banner that promotes 5% off for $75 and 10% off for $100 if you choose in store pick up. In store pickup is always a time saver so I selected two 24 lb. bags of Wellness dog food at $56.99 each. However even though the order totaled $114 -10%, the price was unchanged. I called customer service and was informed by a very nice person, that if I had scrolled to the very bottom of the web page I would have seen the exclusions. It takes quite a bit of scrolling to reach the bottom of the page. As it turns out there are quite a few exclusions. If I counted correctly, 75 brands IN TOTAL are excluded.

They said the vet would see my guinea pig for free if I returned the guinea pig and it would only take 1-2 days and we could have her back. Now 2 days later they said they will give me a call back as a "courtesy" whenever they feel like it cause customers in the store are more important than those on the phone waiting to see if my guinea pig is okay or not. Not good customer service. Will never shop here again.
The past 3 months I've gone to this location to simply purchase a bag of dog food. Both occasions I've walked out of the store with nothing. There will be only one cashier during peak hours, ( guess if they are competant at their job ) roughly six employees walking about the store in pairs hanging out with each other, and a full house of groomers. The check out line is constantly 10 shoppers deep and wrapped around the corner of the dog treat display. Both occasions now I've gone to a small mom and pop store and pay almost $8.00 more and it's worth it. You're shoppers time is valuable. Get it together
We put our puppy through puppy and intermediate training with Craig and it was great! Craig does an awesome job not only training the dogs, but mostly training us. It's obvious he knows what he's doing. It was well worth the money! Highly recommend!
