I have bought several bikes from this store and have always been pleased with the price and the service. Even when I return with friends and family to purchase more equipment or bikes they have also been very pleased with the fair price and the quality and service they have received. Dropped my bike off for some long overdue maintenance and couldn’t be happier with their expertise & service. Devon called me up and explained to me that it was time to replace my chain and potentially the carrousel (due to the stretch of the chain). He took the time to explain why and that he’d know more after replacing the chain and a test ride. He could have insisted the carrousel was also needed for a quick upsell but he waited and discovered that there wasn’t any slip and I was ok with just the chain. Even if the chain slips once I go on a true ride I trust their approach and I will be a customer of theirs going forward.
My favorite bike shop. We've been customers for years. They are attentive and knowledgeable. We really like Specialized bikes and they tend to have a good selection. Plus the added benefit of discount on accessories when you buy your bike there. Moved an hour away and still come back to shop there.
